“If I could give them a 6/5 I would. On a Friday afternoon within couple of hours of closing, our SUV started making a loud squeaky noise from under the hood. We quickly learned that we should not drive the car at all. We were on Jekyll Island and were trying to drive back home to NC and with auto shops closing within hours for the weekend we were running out of time to see who could help us. We found Eric. Eric was incredible. Not only did he arrange us to be picked up, he immediately ordered the parts based on my description of what I hear and see under the hood. As soon the car was towed in, he found and replaced the broken pulley and the belt was running again, installed it in our car within record time. While he was working on the car, his wife offered us snacks as courtesy. We were so grateful for him because otherwise we would have been stranded. When he showed the bill I was surprised as I was expecting a heavy bill. Eric at A-One performance auto is very reasonable. If you are exploring auto shops in the area, don’t think twice and just come to A One. This family owned business was incredibly hospitable and kept our nerves calm the entire time. We genuinely thought we would be stuck there for the weekend and they truly are god send and saved us.
